But here l would like to talk about one of my friends who is much passionate about his health and I want to adopt his healthy lifestyle habits.His name is Tim. He is a health- conscious person.

He gets up early in the morning and goes for a morning walk on a daily basis. And in the evening , he never skips his gym exercise. His physique is very strong and the main reason behind it is his exercise and well-maintained diet. He never eats any junk and outside food.

I remember last month we got together at a marriage. There were so many mouth-watering dishes. But he didnt taste a single dish except for fruit juice. When l asked him about this, he simply said my body is my heaven and i dont want to spoil my heaven by intaking unhealthy food. His reply made me think about the importance of a healthy body and make me curious about being fit. From that time, I started to take a healthy diet and avoid taking junk food. But lt is really hard for me to give up fast food completely.

My friend also suggest me take high quality protein and vitamin. I hope very soon i will obtain all his healthy habits.
